This knife gets the most love in my kitchen! It's just another example of Wusthof's great quality, and ease of use. Another very very satisfying purchase. Worlds apart in feel and usage from my former knives. I've become quite fond of Wusthof for all the right reasons. Extremely sharp, and a well rounded knife, you can use it for almost anything!
