Victorinox - Fibrox 8" Chef's Knife

Excellent knife - Best knife I've ever had. Cuts through everything as if things were made of butter, it's impressive. Most importantly, it stays sharp a lot longer than other knives. The handle is very comfortable but it is not continous with the blade which makes cleaning a little bit harder. Overall very satistisfied with this knive.

This is the best knife I've ever owned. It is also one of the cheapest. Would recommend heavily. - I have owned this knife for about 6 months now. This knife was everything I hoped it would be. well balanced, incredibly sharp, sturdy construction. of course this means it cuts well. and by well I mean on par if not better than more expensive knives I've used in the past. this price/value for this knife is insane. It cuts through everything i throw at it with no effort, despite the low cost. I've never reviewed a product i found no flaws with, but I cannot think of any flaws with this knife. It is competitively priced, well constructed, and incredibly sharp. If you keep it honed and sharpen it once in a while, it should last a long while.
