Shipping and Processing Fees
Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you. We encourage you to also review detailed information about our shipping and free shipping policies.

However, any comments, feedback, notes, messages, ideas, suggestions or other communications (collectively "Comments") sent to our Web Site shall be and remain the exclusive property of Williams Food Equipment. Product Pricing Information
The prices displayed on our Web Site may differ from prices that are available in stores. The prices displayed in our catalogs are quoted in Canadian Dollars and are valid and effective only in Canada.
From time to time there may be information on our Web Site or in our catalog that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Williams Food Equipment reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Any action relating to the use of the Web Site, catalogs or any transaction with Williams Food Equipment Co. must be brought in the provincial or municipal courts located in Ontario, Canada
Warranties on products sold by Williams Food Equipment are provided by the manufacturer and range from 90 days to limited lifetime. Most of our products have lifetime warranties and most appliances have warranties from 90 days to 1 year. Warranty information for specific products are available in their product listings and / or on each of the respective manufacturers' web sites.
In order to claim a warranty, all products that you believe may be defective must be returned prepaid, along with a copy of your original invoice or proof of purchase, as described in our return policy. Warranties do not cover products misused, abused or that have been modified in any fashion. Normal wear and tear is also not covered by manufacturer's warranties. Please refer to our return policy and the manufacturer's warranty for complete details.
Most products sold by Williams Food Equipment have limited lifetime warranties covering consumer use and most commercial applications. Specific exceptions are noted in the manufacturer's product warranty. To satisfy any warranty requirements, we will replace or repair (at our discretion) any warranted product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. We reserve the right to withhold replacement or repair until we've had a chance to inspect the product.
All warranties and information within Williams Food Equipment's website is listed in specific relation to product guarantees, expressed or implied, with respect to quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Williams Food Equipment shall in no event be liable for injuries, accidental or otherwise, death to persons, or damage to property, or for incidental contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the use of any products.
Pricing and Misprints
At Williams Food Equipment we make every effort to ensure that our pricing and product information is accurate. However, in the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct pricing mistakes that occur as a result of typographical errors, or printing mistakes. All prices are subject to change without notice and are limited to stock on hand. Coupons are for online use only and cannot be redeemed in store. Coupons cannot be combined together or with in-store sale promotions.
Williams Food Equipment is required to charge the appropriate Federal and Provincial taxes as dictated by each Province and Territory.
Williams Food Equipment is located in Windsor, Ontario and only Canadian currency is accepted.
We do our best to avoid backorders, they are costly to us and annoying to you. If however an item has to be backordered, our Customer Service Department will contact you and advise you of anticipated product delivery dates. Unless otherwise stated, you have the right to cancel any of your backordered items at any time before your order is shipped. If you wish, you may also choose to have us hold your entire order until all items are in stock and can be shipped together. Freight charges will still apply to backordered items designated as "heavy" (individual items that are 66 lbs +).
