Works Well, Easy To Use - Sturdy, blades are sharp, intuitive controls for adjusting the cut you want, and very easy to clean (for a mandolin). As well, the attached food-gripper thing surprisingly makes it easier to use; it was my main concern that it would be clumsy, but it is a useful addition, and works well. I think I have the worst knife skills of anyone on the planet, so the addition of this in my kitchen has been lovely. Price is right as well.
