Traditional mills use an inconsistent method of adjusting coarseness by loosening and tightening the knob on top, not only does this make getting the same coarsness difficult it can also make the mill underperform by over tightening or loosening the grinder. Peugeot's patented U'Seclect feature allows you to easily adjust the coarseness of your grind by easily turning the base to your desired coarseness. Not only does this make adjusting your grind size easier but with a minimum of 6 predefined grind levels you will easily be able to find the grind size you desire time and time again.
