The 20 qt Countertop Planetary Mixer (SP20) from Globe is designed for heavy-duty mixing with heat-treated hardened steel alloy transmission gears that operate the planetary action and provide high torque mixing power. Included with this mixer is a 20 quart stainless steel mixing bowl, aluminum spiral dough hook, stainless steel wire whip, aluminum flat beater, removable stainless steel bowl guard with ingredient chute and industry standard #12 attachment hub. The bowl lift lever is interlocked meaning that the mixer will automatically shut down when the bowl is lowered. This mixer also features front mounted controls with a 15 minute timer. This cast iron mixer is finished with an NSF approved gray enamel paint and includes a six foot cord with plug.
