Shipping & Delivery: Products are normally shipped between 24 to 48 hours after an order is placed.
For Ontario deliveries there will be a $12.00 shipping charge per order. If the shipping charge changes we will advise the amount prior to shipping the order.
Returns & Replacements: Williams Food Equipment wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and have not used the product, you may return it to Williams Food Equipment within 30 days from the date of the invoice for a full refund of the purchase price.
Returned purchases must be in as-new condition with all parts, manuals, cords, and accessories (if applicable) in original packaging.
Please call Williams Food Equipment at 1-888-334-3233 to receive a Return Authorization number.
We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment to the products you are returning. For your own protection, you may wish to send your return by insured parcel post or courier.
Unless Williams Food Equipment has made an error in order processing or shipping, we will not refund return shipping charges.
All refunds will be processed quickly, applying the credit to the credit card used for the purchase. We will notify you of your refund via e-mail.

Ordering: To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping cart and enter your information. We accept credit card orders as well as Corporate Purchase Orders on approved credit by Williams Food Equipment.

Sales Tax Policy: Williams Food Equipment is located in Windsor Ontario Canada and we are required to collect the 8% PST and the 5% GST tax on all orders shipped to an Ontario address.
