Great cookware! - The TruClad Pans by Zwilling Henckels were exactly what I expected . They look great and cook even better. Have only used them for a month, so can't say anything about long term wear or appearance . Have had no trouble with cleaning using just soap and a little elbow grease . Have followed cooking directions and everything has worked great thus far. They are a solid and weighted pan which is what I expected and hoped for. Handles are well shaped and solid. They remain col and are easy to use. curved top lip works as stated and pours well. No dripping of liquids or grease down sides of pans. The only concern s the cover handles do heat up considerably which I expected and a hot pad or other hand protection is needed. Our pans came well packaged and flawless . Am looking forward to many years of cooking with these quality pans. I could have spent considerably more money for Allclad without improving quality.
