Like all All-Clad pans! - Like all All-Clad pans, this is very good cookware. I use it for frying where it is essential to have even heating. This pan has no hot spots and comes to the proper temperature very quickly. I use Bar Keepers Friend to keep the outside surface looking like new, the inside is easily cleaned. I have been slowly replacing my old cookware with All-Clad and will continue to do so.
